Bending of aluminum profiles of various cross-sections.

We offer our customers an individual approach, we produce bending of non-standard and individual cross-sections. For this, we develop and produce equipment for each profile.

The parameters of the minimum radius are determined after testing and depend on the geometric dimensions, type of material and cross-section of the profile. In our work, we use not only our own roller designs, but also plastic strips, as well as sand – closed and open, T-shaped, U-shaped, multi-chamber and conventional profile pipes with a square or rectangular cross-section

Our machines with their unique CNC system can produce both a constant bending radius and a variable one. We can get several different radii on one part and offer customers various shapes of parts.
